We are a small & intimate group of Trauma Therapists taking on a new and comprehensive approach to trauma treatment. We provide our clients with an understanding of trauma and deep understanding of how trauma affects the mind & body. Our approach normalizes all the trauma responses that have been protecting our clients, after all, the brain is doing exactly what its designed to do!

We offer many effective psychotherapy methods and wellness services to assist our clients in trauma processing, associating traumas with less discomfort, adopting new thought processes, and assist our clients in finding effective ways to cope with challenging life situations.

Our approaches range from clinical and evidence- based modalities, to neuro-based practices, to holistic wellness integrations creating the most comprehensive and individualized experience.  

Our Approach

Therapeutic modalities include, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused CBT, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and Mindfulness-based Interventions, Solution Focused, Acceptance and Commitment (ACT), Brainspotting, Motivational Interviewing, Strength-Based Approach, Exposure/Response, Positive Psychology, and Somatic-Based interventions.

With our warm, safe, and calming approach to treatment, we find that we build a strong connection and therapeutic alliance with those that we serve, resulting in our patients thriving and healing.
