Do you take insurance?

MHTR is an out-of-network practice, therefore we do not take insurance. Payment is due at the time of service. For clinical services, you will find a superbill in your portal so that you can submit to your insurance provider for possible reimbursement, if you choose too submit a claim.

What is the cost for services?

Below is a detailed list of Clinical Service Rates:

CPT 90791 Initial Assessment Fee, 1 Hour: $295

CPT 90834 Individual Session Fee, 50 Minutes: $195

CPT 90847 Couple/Family Session Fee, 50 Minutes: $200

CPT 90837 Psychotherapy, 60 min: $235

CPT 90853 Group Therapy Fee, 1 hour: $85

Brainspotting Intensives, 3 Hours: $720

Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP), 3 hours: $780

Trauma-Informed Yoga Class, 1 Hour: $52

Private Trauma-Informed Yoga, 1 Hour: $190

Workshops/Wellness Groups, 1 Hour: $85
